Ok I didnt see anyone tell jay how to progress in the game so I will, what you have to do is get a key card (doesnt matter what level) and go and find an scp called scp 914, basically it's this machine that upgrades everything put through it, even key cards, you'll find 914 in the light containment zone (where you start) so just search around there till you find it, also, the machine has 6 modes to upgrade: rough, course, 1:1, fine and very fine, now the only mode you should use is FINE, I repeat DO NOT USE ANY OTHER MODES no exceptions.
