Maybe its time for growth or something. Like you probably need someone else to help you out. Lots of other youtubers hire other people to handle certain things for them, be it meeting or editing so like an assistant or something. Even Markiplier has someone to help him edit his videos and stuff. Maybe it'll help you feel less overwhelmed, the first step though is if you're able to let someone help you out with your baby... You should play the Yakuza series, they're games that can be both hilarious and even very serious. They're somewhat like beat 'em up style games with alot of other stuff in them aswell. The best start is Yakuza 0 then to the remakes of 1 and 2 , Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2. All three are on PS4 and PC but the best way to play them is with a controller honestly
